The 2023 “For Your Health” 5K Run/Walk and 1-mile Fun Walk, presented to encourage a healthy lifestyle, will take place at The Dawes Arboretum on Saturday, July 22.  Participants may choose to run or walk the 5K course, or enjoy the 1-mile Fun Walk.  The 5K will begin at 8:00 a.m., and the Fun Walk starts shortly thereafter. 

Awards will be presented to the Top 3 Males and Females Overall, and Top 3 Males and Females in each age division.  All participants who cross the finish line will receive a participation medal.  RacePenguin will provide race results.  Healthy snacks and beverages will be available after the race.

The registration fee for runners and walkers with timing chips is $15, if received by July 14 at 5:00 p.m., and $20 thereafter.  Registrations received by July 14 are eligible for packet pickup on Friday, July 21, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., in the Licking Memorial Hospital (LMH) First Floor Conference Rooms.  All others may pick up packets at the event.  Participants also may register on the morning of the race, between 7:00 and 7:45 a.m.

There is no fee for the 1-mile Fun Walk, or for participants who are not timed; however, registration is required.  Registration for both courses may be completed online at racepenguin.com/events/foryourhealth/.
