Licking Memorial Heart Center is pleased to announce the addition of Certified Nurse Practitioner Angela M. Raake, APRN-CNP.  She will provide care for patients with cardiovascular disease along with Debra A. Heldman, M.D., Hassan Rajjoub, M.D., Fikadu G. Tekleyes, M.D., and Leslie Solomon APRN- CNP.
 
Angela received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Ohio University in Athens, and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus.  She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
 
The Heart Center provides a wide range of hospital and office-based services, including non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing, and invasive procedures such as percutaneous intervention (PCI) procedures, and is located on the Licking Memorial Hospital First Floor.  The Center is open Monday and Wednesday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  For an appointment call (220) 564-7750.
