Patient Educator Meghan Rine, B.S.N., R.N., Dietitian Jen Hartman, R.D.N., and Physical Therapy Assistant Erika Wills, P.T.A., invite you to discover a different way to live healthy.  Learn the importance of making positive changes by forming healthy lifestyle habits.  Through the course of four weeks, attendees will learn how to successfully create consistent habits, including motivation, exercise, menu planning, disease management and prevention, and more.  Participants who complete this program will understand that making small changes in their life now, will add up to long-term success.

“Healthier for Life” is a four-part program and will be held on four consecutive weeks, Tuesdays, February 7, 14, 21, and 28, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., in the Licking Memorial Hospital First Floor Conference Rooms.  Participants should plan to attend all four sessions.  The program is free; however, registration is required and space is limited.  A meal will be provided for all participants each night of programming.  To register, please call (220) 564-1560.
