Licking Memorial Family Practice – Johnstown is pleased to announce the addition of Elizabeth W. McIntosh, M.D.  Dr. McIntosh received her medical degree from State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York.  She completed a family medicine residency at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.
