LMHS Announces Leadership Promotions

Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) is pleased to announce the following promotions: Nathan Adamson – Director of Infection Prevention, Nick Keisel – Director of Safety & Security, Drew Link – Director of Recruitment & Retention, Kristen Stare – Director of Development, and Becky Thomas – Director of Compensation & Benefits.

Nathan joined Licking Memorial Hospital Laboratory Services in 2006 and previously served as the Infection Prevention Manager.  He received his associate degree in applied science from Wake Technical Community College.

Nick joined LMHS in 2019 as the Director of Safety.  He attended Central Texas College and Liberty University while working toward a degree.  He graduated from two police academies and the Marine Corp’s Apprentice Special Agent Course and Special Reaction Team school.

Kristen began her service as a Public Relations Specialist at LMHS in 2016 and was promoted as Development Manager in 2019.  She graduated from Muskingum College (now Muskingum University) with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.

Drew joined LMHS in 2014 as a Wellness Specialist and later served as the Human Resources Recruitment & Retention Manager.  He attended Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio, where he earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration.

Becky joined LMHS as a Human Resources Information System Specialist in 2017 and then served as the Human Resources Compensation & Benefits Manager in 2018.  She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio Northern University and received a master’s degree in education and allied professions, and community counseling from the University of Dayton.
