Youth, ages 6 to 12, are invited to join Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) for the Active•Fit Junior Chef event on Saturday, February 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon, at Career and Technology Education Centers of Licking County (C-TEC).  By progressing through several cooking stations, participants will prepare a delicious, healthy lunch to be enjoyed following the program.  Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the program.
 
This event is free; however, registration is limited to members of the Active•Fit Youth Wellness Program (ages 6 to 12).  The Active•Fit Program encourages participants to select health-related goals and track their progress at ActiveFit.org.  There are exciting Active•Fit events and opportunities for children to get active and learn about their health throughout the year.  For more information, or to register for the Active•Fit Youth Wellness Program, visit ActiveFit.org.
