Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) is now offering an Active•Senior Yoga class on Thursdays beginning Thursday, April 16.  The class is available for guests ages 60 and older and will last six weeks.  To ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate, we kindly ask that those currently enrolled in the Monday yoga classes refrain from registering for the Thursday classes.
 
All classes will take place at Central Christian Church beginning at 9:00 a.m.  The church is located at 587 Mount Vernon Road in Newark.  LMHS will provide yoga mats, blocks, and straps for use during the classes.  Participants may bring their own equipment and are encouraged to bring a water bottle.
 
Space is limited, and registration for the classes is required.  Participants are asked to commit to the entire six-week course.  To register, call the Licking Memorial Events Line at (220) 564-1560.
