Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) offers an Active•Senior Yoga class on Thursdays.  The class is available for guests ages 60 and older and will last 6 weeks.  Registration for the fall session, September 10 to October 15, has begun.  The class takes place at Central Christian Church beginning at 9:00 a.m.  The church is located at 587 Mount Vernon Road in Newark.  LMHS will provide yoga mats, blocks, and straps for use during the classes.  Participants may bring their own equipment and are encouraged to bring a water bottle.
