Licking Memorial Health Systems is proud to announce the opening of a new facility in Utica.  The new location at 240 North Main Street serves as a Family Practice office for Elizabeth W. McIntosh, M.D., and a Licking Memorial Outpatient Laboratory.  Dr. McIntosh received her medical degree from State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York.  She completed a family medicine residency at Grant Medical Center in Columbus.  
 
For those visiting the Outpatient Laboratory, an appointment is not necessary; however, a physician’s order is required at the time of registration.  Specimens obtained at the Lab will be analyzed at Licking Memorial Hospital.  At this time, infant specimen collections and glucose tolerance testing cannot be performed at the Outpatient Laboratory locations.  Tests that require special processing also may not be collected at this site.
 
The office is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Dr. McIntosh is accepting new patients.  To make an appointment, please call (220) 564-7560.
