Licking Memorial Behavioral Health Services at Shepherd Hill is pleased to announce the addition of Sara C. Rochester, M.D.  Dr. Rochester earned her medical degree from Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia.  She completed a psychiatry internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina.  She is board certified in psychiatry.
