Licking Memorial Health Systems will host a Walk with a Doc event on Saturday, March 10, at 9:00 a.m. Participants will enjoy a walk on the scenic Blackhand Gorge walking path as Frances B. Horenstein, M.D., of Licking Memorial Gastroenterology, leads a discussion about high fiber diets.  Healthy snacks and blood pressure screenings will be provided. 

Blackhand Gorge is located six miles east of Newark, off State Route 146 on Toboso Road.  This event is free; however, registration is required.  To register for the walk, please call LMHS Public Relations at (220) 564-1560.
