Licking Memorial Health Systems is pleased to announce the addition of Nurse Practitioner Erin M. Smith, APRN-CNP, to Licking Memorial Health Center at Licking Heights.  The office is located inside Licking Heights High School in Pataskala.
 
Erin received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.  She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville in Steubenville, Ohio.  Erin is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
 
The Health Center is accessible to Licking Heights students, staff, and their family members, and will provide preventive care and treatment for common illnesses.  Appointments can be made by calling (220) 564-7830.
