Registration opens Monday, September 11.

Mat yoga will be held on Mondays, and the chair yoga class will take place on Fridays.  Both classes will be held in the Second Presbyterian Church gymnasium.  Yoga mats, blocks and straps will be provided for use during the classes.  Participants may bring their own equipment and are encouraged to bring a water bottle.  Changing rooms are available for use.
