Community Education: Healthier for Life, February 22
Licking Memorial Health Systems invites you to discover a different way to live healthy. Learn the importance of making positive changes by forming healthy lifestyle habits.
Through the course of four weeks, attendees will learn how to successfully create consistent habits, including motivation, exercise, menu planning, disease management and prevention, and more. Participants who complete this program will gain a better understanding that making small changes in their life now will add up to long-term success.
Dietitian Jen Hartman, R.D.N.; Patient Educator Meghan Rine, B.S.N., R.N.; and Physical Therapy Assistant Erika Wills, P.T.A., will lead the program for attendees to acquire practical guidelines for beginning a new, healthier lifestyle. Healthier for Life is a four-class program, and participants should plan to attend all four sessions. The program is free; however, space is limited, and registration is required. A meal will be provided for all participants. To register, please call (220) 564-1560.
