Dxa-scanners measures the density of a woman's bones in her spine and hips. This simple exam can detect osteoporosis, or loss of bone mass, at its earliest stages when lifestyle changes and medical assistance can be the most effective.

For your convenience, a mammography unit also is available at our obstetrics and gynecology practice, Licking Memorial Women’s Health, located at 15 Messimer Drive.
